Sun Resorts and Residences - Fort Myers Beach MHA has the following objectives:

Help provide the social, recreational and civic activities for all residents in the community
Provide for the general welfare
Act as a liaison between the community and management/owners in all matters of interest and concerns under the Florida 723 Statutes
Endeavor to protect the property, and value of property of the Sun Resorts and Residences - Fort Myers Beach community
